The Adventures of Lewis & Clark

If you want to see a fun-filled production that will keep you smiling for days, then come check out the lower school’s production of The Adventures of Lewis & Clark.  The 2nd graders will be performing in the USJ Cafetorium Thursday, January 29 at 6:30 p.m.

“We are so excited that our second grade class will be performing “The Adventures of Lewis & Clark” this week.  They have not only worked diligently on line and song memorization, but they have learned so much information about Meriwether Lewis and William Clark in their classrooms.  They have watched a mini-documentary and done many classroom activities about the Lewis & Clark expedition, and they know all of the ones closest to the two who led the expedition – right down to the Newfoundland dog that accompanied them on the trip.  It is also fantastic to see that many of the students want to learn even more about the characters they themselves are playing,” said Elizabeth Atkins, lower school music teacher.
If you miss this fun performance, you will get another chance on Thursday, February 19 at 6:30 p.m.  Details coming soon!
